⏰ How accurate is the time zone data?

Uses IANA database – same as your OS and phone

TZS uses the IANA Time Zone Database, the same standard used by major operating systems and applications. It automatically handles daylight saving time transitions for all supported timezones.

💼 Can I see working hours?

Yes – enable "Working Hours" in the timeline legend

This highlights typical business hours (9 AM – 6 PM) for each timezone, helping you find times when all participants are within their working hours.

Save contacts → organize into groups → one-click add to meetings

  • Save contacts with name, email, timezone, and company
  • Organize into groups (e.g., 'Engineering Team', 'US Clients')
  • Filter by multiple groups at once
  • Click any contact to instantly add their timezone to the meeting
  • Import from CSV (Google, Outlook), vCard, or paste text
  • Export to CSV or vCard for backup or sharing
  • Find and merge duplicate contacts automatically

👥 Can contacts be in multiple groups?

Yes – use checkboxes to assign multiple groups

Contacts can be assigned to multiple groups simultaneously. For example, a contact could be in both 'Leadership' and 'APAC Team' groups. When filtering, you can select multiple groups to see contacts that belong to any of the selected groups.

🏳️ What are the country flags for?

Quick visual identification of each timezone's location

Flags appear next to the live time in the sidebar and in the meeting time panel. This makes it easy to scan and identify locations at a glance, especially when working with many timezones.

📥 How do I import contacts?

Click More → Import Contacts (supports CSV, vCard, and text)

  • CSV files – Import from Google Contacts, Outlook, or any spreadsheet
  • vCard (.vcf) – Import from your phone or other contact apps
  • Paste text – Simply paste names and emails, we'll parse them automatically
The importer auto-detects columns from Google and Outlook CSV formats, including multi-line addresses.

📤 How do I export my contacts?

Click More → Export as CSV or vCard

  • CSV format – For Excel, Google Sheets, or reimporting later
  • vCard format – For phone contacts apps and other devices
Exports include name, email, timezone, company, and group assignments.

Save your current setup to reuse later

  1. Configure your timezones, participants, and working hours
  2. Click the bookmark icon in the top toolbar
  3. Give your preset a name (e.g., 'Weekly Team Sync')
  4. Load it anytime from the presets dropdown

🔄 How do I find duplicate contacts?

Click More → Find Duplicates to merge contacts

  1. Open the More menu and click Find Duplicates
  2. See contacts grouped by matching email addresses
  3. Click Merge to combine duplicates into one record
Merging keeps the most complete information from all duplicate entries.

⚡ What are bulk actions?

Select multiple contacts → apply changes to all at once

  • Use checkboxes to select contacts
  • Set group membership for all selected
  • Set timezone for all selected
  • Delete multiple contacts at once
Use 'Select all' to quickly select all visible contacts.
